Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VectoSEO (“VectoSEO”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using VectoSEO on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

1. The service

VectoSEO is an AI SEO agent. It connects to your Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GitHub repositories to analyze your website’s search performance, propose improvements, and — according to the autonomy level you configure — file tickets, open pull requests, or commit changes to your repository.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Connected services

You authorize VectoSEO to access the third-party accounts you connect (such as Google and GitHub) to provide the service. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You are responsible for having the right to connect any property or repository you add, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.

4. Changes to your site — your review responsibility

This section is important. VectoSEO can prepare and deliver changes to your code. You control how much autonomy the agent has, per project, through the autonomy dial:

  • At lower levels, the agent only advises or opens pull requests, and nothing is applied to your site until you review and merge it.
  • At the highest level (“Autonomous”), and only for the specific fix types you explicitly enable, the agent may commit changes directly. You choose to enable this.

You are responsible for reviewing changes before they go live and for the content and effect of any change you merge or allow to be committed. VectoSEO uses automated validation to reduce risk, but it is a tool that can make mistakes. Everything it ships is a standard Git commit or pull request that you can review and revert. We are not liable for the consequences of changes you merge, or that you authorize the agent to commit, on your site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Connect properties or repositories you are not authorized to access.
  • Use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Resell or misrepresent the service.

6. Plans, credits, and billing

VectoSEO offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Usage is metered in credits as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your code, content, and data. Changes VectoSEO prepares for your repository belong to you. VectoSEO retains all rights to the service itself, including its software, models, and branding. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or result. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its recommendations will be accurate for every situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectoSEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using VectoSEO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, the rights granted to you end, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
